With extensive experience in children's residential services, Wilkinson Independent Assurance regularly conducts rigorous independent inspections and quality assurance visits on behalf of national bodies, including NYAS (National Youth Advocacy Service). Please note: we operate strictly independently and are not directly employed by or affiliated with these bodies.

Being fully experienced in the sector also means Wilkinson Independent Assurance is fully aware of the legal and regulatory compliances that must be adhered to in Registered Children's Services. We currently have:

Fully Enhanced DBS certification: Transferable and barred list checked.

Photo Identification : Carried and presented on all visits.

Secure Data Handling: We utilize secure email and web encryption to ensure your enquiries and sensitive data are always held safely and in accordance with GDPR.

Data Protection Compliant - Fully Registered with the ICO. (Information Commissioners Office)

Full Insurance Coverage: Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances are in place and can be verified upon request.

Legislative Compliance: All activities are carried out in strict compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF).
